About L and L Roofing & Construction
After working together for years Dick Law and Miguel Lares, decided to combine their talents and form L & L Roofing and Construction, Lares and Law LLC is registered in California.
Dick Law, worked with his father Paul, eventually, assuming the role of Managing Broker for the multi office firm. Growing up in the Real Estate Business, he has been a part of many projects. Miguel was born in Guatemala, as a young man he wanted to become an Architect, looking to build and design. Miguel like Dick work ed with his father’s various businesses, sawmill, cabinet shop, and general carpentry.
Moving to Grass Valley, from South America, he began working as a foreman for a local construction company, for the last 12 years Miguel has been operating MJA Construction and Landscaping. In that time Miguel earned a reputation for quality work and fair prices.
Dick, and his firm have managed properties in Nevada, Placer ns Sacramento Counties. A chance meeting 7 years ago, at a mutual client’s property, began the L & L partnership. The relationship was based on Trust and similar Ethical practice. Their motto is “On Budget and on Time”.
